The City of Victor would like to inform all residents and businesses that water and wastewater utility rates will increase by 10% across all customer groups beginning January 1, 2026. This adjustment is necessary to support ongoing system maintenance, rising operational costs, and long-term infrastructure improvements.
In addition to the base rate adjustment, the capital fee for both water and wastewater will increase by $2 to $4 per month, depending on the customer group. These funds will support critical upgrades and help ensure the long-term reliability of our utility systems.
We understand that any rate increase can be challenging, and we appreciate the community’s understanding. This is Victor’s first utility rate increase in more than 30 years, and it is essential to keeping our water and wastewater systems safe, dependable, and sustainable for decades to come.
