City Clerk & Treasurer

Overview

The City Clerk & Treasurer positions are occupied by one individual who is elected for a four-year term. The Office of the City Clerk is located in the Victor City Hall Building at 500 Victor Avenue. The City Clerk’s office is the primary contact and liaison for City business.

The City Clerk’s office maintains the files and archives of the City, creates the agenda and maintains minutes of City meetings, operates telephone answering and referral, runs City elections, issues liquor and business licenses, handles public record requests, provides support to management and City Council and provides general information to staff and the public.

It is the desire of the City Clerk’s office to provide efficient, fair and unbiased service to the citizens of Victor in a courteous and friendly manner. The City Clerk’s office is open for discussion of any matter. Please feel free to contact the City Clerk with any concerns or comments and a personal meeting will be arranged if so desired.

The current term expires in November of 2025. The 2025 election will elect a City Clerk & Treasurer for a four year term, ending in 2029.
